Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of unfavorable weather:

1. Any time up to the day before your reservation (24 hours), you can reschedule your inflatable at no extra charge and we will do our best to accommodate your original reservation.

2. Cancel your reservation before 24 hours for a full refund.

3. Any reservations canceled within 24 hours of the date of the reservation is subject to a $25 fee.

4. There is NO refund if your inflatable is delivered and setup.

5. There is a 50% refund on the total cost of the reservation, if a delivery crew shows up and the customer decides to cancel upon delivery.
