  • What is Half Day vs. Full Day hours and pricing?

Half day rentals are up to 5 hours. Full day rentals are up to 8 hours. Pricing is automatically calculated when you are configuring your party start/end times on the rental request process.

  • What time is my bounce house going to be delivered and picked up?

Delivery is scheduled for at least 1 hour prior to the start time of your event. We will confirm your reservation the day before with times for delivery and pickup. Pickup is scheduled for the end of your event or any time after, depending on routing and logistics.

  • Do I need to provide extension cords or water hoses for the rental?

No. Blue Sky Inflatables will provide all equipment required to operate your inflatable unit. You are welcome to provide your own, however it is not necessary. Please indicate your needs when confirming your reservation.

  • Can you set up on asphalt/concrete?

Subject to owner approval, inflatable unit request and weather conditions.

Blue Sky Inflatables is not responsible for filling holes.

  • Can I get a refund if it rains on the day of my party?

There is no refund once the unit is delivered and setup.

Please refer to our inclement weather policy to cancel or reschedule your rental.

  • We have an in-ground water sprinkler system, will this be problem?

If you are aware of underlying water lines/electrical or gas lines, please communicate with the delivery team!

We are not responsible for damage as a result of the homeowner not being aware of underlying lines.

This service is free, please schedule their assessment prior to your party date.
